Sunsets at Playa del Carmen, your next destination for a good time

I want to share with you all this fun, beautiful and family friendly destination that can very much become one of your favorites for  ether a romantic and relaxing getaway for two or a full of fun and upbeat family vacation with your kiddos. This resort has an adults only section as well as a family area. My husband and I went with all my family and kids and it turned out to be super fun and overall a beautiful experience.

Entertainment and pools

We stayed in the family area which was very convenient and easy to get to all the pools, beach and restaurants. The place was so beautiful, clean and luxurious. The resort has huge trees and open ceilings throughout the whole space. The place is gorgeous and I loved the coffee and delicious ice cream shops right in the middle of it all! I lost count of how many ice cream cones I ate, oops! The family pools were super cool and even had one with a huge water park. It has big and small slides and a fun castle everyone can enjoy. I, myself had way, WAY too much fun!

If you prefer a more relaxing, quiet and romantic environment you just have to cross over to the adults only area. Their pools were beautiful, they also had a nice lounge with a bar, food, music and gorgeous seating spaces. We LOVED it there!

Rooms

Our room blew me away! It was luxurious, clean and minimal which made it extremely relaxing and comfortable. Our balcony had a huge hot tub that we absolutely loved. Evenings there were just a dream! The resort is located in an area where wild life thrives, therefore, at night you could hear heavy animal noises that I personally loved so much. We also saw some pretty cool monkeys on trees and other wild animals. It was so much fun and this automatically elevated the experience.

Food

We love a good Mexican buffet! The food at the buffet was pretty good along with the food in the other restaurants we tried! Personally, I loved the Italian restaurant and their wine. The service was great there and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Overall, Paradisus Playa Del Carmen in the Riviera Maya was a spectacular destination to disconnect, have tons of fun or just relax and enjoy the warm weather by the beach. If you are looking for a place to do any of these things I would totally recommend this place!
