Let me share with you a super simple, healthy and high protein recipe that you can enjoy both for your lunch or dinner time! You might just love it, and if you are like me, make it one of your go-to meals when you need something quick, healthy and filling.
The Spicy Tuna Bowl
You will need:
- 1 Can of tuna in water
- 1 tbs of Mayonnaise
- Some Sriracha (as much as you’d like)
- 1/2 tbs of Ketchup (Trust me on this one)
- Avocado
- Saltine Crackers
Mix the tuna, mayo, ketchup and Sriracha. If you like it extra spicy be very generous with your Sriracha. Place it in a bowl with a side of avocado. I like to use half of a small avocado. And enjoy it with some Saltine Crackers.
I personally love this bowl because it is made with simple ingredients that you most likely already have at home and it can be an easy meal-prep lunch for people on the go.
