The weather is finally feeling warmer and I love eating refreshing fruits for breakfast this time a year. I was able to make the pretty, healthy and delicious papaya boat this morning and my oh my! Here is the simple recipe, i hope you love it as much as i did!
You will need…
- a medium papaya
- 1/3 cup grass fed organic yogurt
- a drizzle of organic maple syrup
- 1/2 banana
- organic blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- chia seeds
How to prepare it…
Cut the papaya in half and take out the seeds. What I love to do is mix the grass fed unsweetened yogurt with the drizzle of maple syrup to sweeten it up. Once is mixed pour into the papaya and garnish with the banana, blueberries, granola and chia seeds and enjoy!
